By creating an account or organization workspace ("Tenant") on Foras NGO MIS ("the Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Foras NGO MIS is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform for project management, monitoring & evaluation, donor reporting, finance tracking, and related functions for non-governmental and civil society organizations. Each organization's data is logically isolated from every other organization on the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Organization Administrators are responsible for managing their own organization's users and the roles/permissions assigned to them.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create on the Platform, including project data, beneficiary records, financial data, and documents. We do not claim ownership of your content. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
You agree not to use the Platform to store or process data you do not have a lawful right to process, to attempt to access another organization's data without authorization, or to use the Platform in a way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Subscription fees, where applicable, are billed according to the plan you select at signup. Billing is currently processed manually by our team; you will be invoiced and contacted directly for payment rather than charged automatically. We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts with significantly overdue invoices, with reasonable prior notice.
We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for data loss arising from events outside our reasonable control. You are encouraged to maintain your own backup practices for critical records in addition to any backups we perform.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, you may request an export of your organization's data within a reasonable period before deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Organization Administrators. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
